Monthly Bearing Conversation
Each month you’ll meet with your dedicated Pastor Strategist for a confidential 60–90 minute advisory conversation.
Every Bearing Conversation is intentionally designed to help you think clearly, lead confidently and navigate the complexities of life and ministry.
No agenda is prescribed. Every conversation begins with what matters most to you.
Ongoing Advisory Relationship
Between your monthly Bearing Conversations, your Pastor Strategist remains available to support you through the moments that matter most.

Quarterly Bearing Review
Every three months, you’ll intentionally step back from the pace of life and ministry to reflect, refocus and prepare for what’s ahead.
Together with your Pastor Strategist, you’ll review the previous quarter, celebrate progress, identify emerging opportunities and challenges, clarify priorities, and establish a clear focus for the season ahead.
Each review concludes with a personalised action plan for the next quarter.

As a member, you’ll receive access to an expanding library of exclusive True Bearing resources, including:

Founding Membership
The first 12 pastors.
As True Bearing begins, I’m inviting the first 12 pastors to become Founding Members.
Founding Members will receive a lifetime Founding Member investment of $349 per month, provided they maintain an active membership.
Following the Founding Member intake, the standard membership investment will be $449 per month.
Membership is month-to-month with no lock-in contracts. Members may cancel at any time.
